谭瑞琴,女,物理化学博士,研究员,硕士生导师。1975年7月出生。
1993.9--1997.7:清华大学化学系,获化学学士学位;
1997.9--2002.6:清华大学化学系,获物理化学博士学位;
2002.8--2004.8:日本学术振兴会特别研究员 (JSPS Fellow);
2004.9--2006.3:日本产业技术综合研究所(AIST)特别研究员。

2007年11月起到宁波大学信息科学与工程学院光纤通信与网络应用技术研究所工作,2009年11月晋升研究员,现主要从事光电功能纳米材料、功能半导体和薄膜器件相关方向研究,具体研究方向如纳米氧化锡半导体型气敏传感器研究、太阳电池中透明导电纳米薄膜及多晶硅功能层研究、金属栅极功函数调控及其与高介电氧化铪栅介质界面相互作用研究等。已在国际相关学术刊物发表SCI论文30多篇,申报国家发明专利十余项。
