聂秋华,教授,博士生导师,曾任宁波大学校长。
1989/09-1990/10:英国利兹大学访问学者;
1982/01-1985/06:浙江大学光仪系精密计量与测试专业,获硕士学位;
1978/03-1982/01:浙江大学光仪系激光仪器专业,获学士学位。

浙江省重点扶持学科通信与信息系统学科带头人,宁波市光通信工程技术中心主任,宁波大学通信与信息系统硕士点的带头人,宁波大学信息学院光纤通信与光纤传感技术研究所所长,浙江省光学学会、物理学会常务理事。中科院上海技术物理研究所博士生导师、中科院宁波材料所和上海光学精密机械研究所兼职博士生导师,2000年享受国务院政府特殊津贴,2002年获教育部高校优秀骨干教师资助计划优秀完成人员,宁波市4321人才培养人员。长期从事光学精密测量、光纤通信、特种光纤和红外光学材料等领域的研究工作。现为《Chinese Physic Letter》、《物理学报》等刊物担任特约评审员。主持了973计划前期研究项目(No.2006CB708607)项目1项,国家科技部973计划子项目一项(No. 2004CB719805) , 2项国家自然基金面上项目(No.60677015,60978058),1 项浙江省科技厅重点攻关项目(No.60677015)。曾获2007 年浙江省科技进步二等奖(排名第一)和2007年宁波市科技进步一等奖(排名第一)。出版专著3部,近5年来发表论文70余篇,获国家专利11项。
